PAYMENT AND SHOPPING INFORMATION
You can pay your order in the following ways:
- Payment is possible online by Debit or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard)
- Payment can be done through your PayPal Account
- Payment can be done also by Cash on Delivery, exclusively within Attica
- Cash Payment after receiving a transaction receipt from the store
- Payment by Bank Deposit in one of the bank accounts you will find on payments webpage
You can pick up your order from our store, during the working hours, only when you receive a confirmation email for its preparation.
Our brand new store is at Cholargos, in the city of Athens (Sarantaporou 12 – Cholargos – 15561)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 09:30 – 14:30 & Tuesday – Thursday – Friday 17:30 – 20:30
- For orders within Attica, delivery is made directly from the store
- For the rest of Greece as well as worldwide shipments , the delivery is made by courier services
The possibility of returning an order, whether it concerns part of it or all of it, is possible under certain conditions, due to the specificity of the products.
Reason for a product return could be a total incorrect order or parts of it, which is followed by immediate replacement of the product or products.
Return costs are exclusively upon the customer & there is no possibility of a refund!
Product Return Conditions
- First of all, you have to contact our store by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org for the request and the reason of returning the product or the whole order.
- The products must be unused, in the original condition in which you received them and must be accompanied by the retail receipt.
- The request of a product return must be explicitly submitted within 24 hours from the time of receiving the product.
In case one of the above conditions have not been followed, the company reserves the right of not accepting any product return.

Our stuff is available from 09:00 to 20:30 Monday to Friday and 09:30 to 14:30 on Saturday aiming at helping you.
