Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation of about 15 days in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature.
The grapes are collected manually and transported to the winery in small plastic crates.
The explosive combination of Assyrtiko and Malagouzia, gives an attractive green-yellow color, fruity aroma, exotic fruits, round and balanced mouth with a long aftertaste. Wine with a special personality.
